1. Do I need to register an account to place an order?
No registration is required. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to save delivery addresses, view order history and enjoy exclusive offers.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
You may edit order details or cancel your order via email before shipment. Changes and cancellations are not available once the parcel has been dispatched.
3. How to track my shipment?
After delivery, we will send the tracking number to your registered email. You can check the delivery status with the tracking number on our website.

We currently deliver to all regions across Singapore.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Standard delivery in Singapore takes 24-48 hours after dispatch. Delivery of large items or promotional bundles may take slightly longer.
3. Can I request a specific delivery time?
You may leave your preferred delivery time in the order notes. We will arrange accordingly subject to logistics schedule.

1. What payment methods are accepted?

2. Payment succeeded but order shows unpaid?

1. Are all products authentic?
All items are sourced from official authorized channels. We guarantee 100% genuine products.
2. Can I split or change items in bundle sets?
Bundle packages are pre-set combinations. Splitting, replacing or exchanging individual items is not supported. Please check product details carefully before purchasing.
3. Do home appliances come with after-sales service?
Large home appliances and kitchenware are covered by standard official after-sales support. Feel free to contact us if you encounter any quality issues.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Is free return available?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days upon receipt, provided that goods are unopened, unused and kept with original packaging and accessories. Consumables such as drinks, body wash and tissues cannot be returned once opened.
2. What if I receive damaged, wrong or missing items?
Please take photos of the goods and contact us within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. Attach your order number in the email, and we will arrange free reshipment, replacement or full refund.
3. How long does it take to get my refund?
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment account. Normally it takes 3-7 working days to arrive, depending on the processing rules of your bank or payment provider.
